Do not damage a working surface of consolidation of a power shaft.

Installation of a sealing cuff of a power shaft
Fill space of a new sealing ring of a primary shaft between sealing and working edges a thin layer of greasing.
On teeths of a primary shaft hardly pull a thin isolating hose.

Insert a sealing ring of a power shaft (fig. 3.28).
Serial depth запрессовки: 3,5 mm.
Repair depth запрессовки not new primary shaft of 4,5 mm.
Remove isolating hose.

Remove the lever of deenergizing of coupling 4 with выжимным the bearing 3 (fig. 3.29).

Establish the lever of deenergizing of coupling
Before installation of the lever of deenergizing of coupling of a surface прилегания a pusher of the working cylinder смажте a thin layer of copper greasing.
Establish the lever of deenergizing of coupling And in the prorate With and fix (fastening In it becomes visible).
Establish a lamellar spring and tighten the screw with the moment 25 Нм.

Three rectangular ledges of a plastic ring should enter into grooves of a ring of the bearing.

THE NOTE
If developments on a plastic ring are deeper 0,8 mm, выжимной the bearing is subject to replacement.
