3.1.10. Removal and installation of the working cylinder

THE NOTE In case of removal of the working cylinder from the connected pipeline from a transmission a pedal of coupling do not press. Otherwise the piston will be superseded from the working cylinder of coupling and will fail. Hit of a brake liquid on a transmission is not supposed. If necessary clear the transmission case.

Loosen the fastenings (at presence) 2 and 3 also remove a noise isolation In behind (fig. 3.1).

Dismantle the heat-shielding screen of a power shaft at the left (fig. 3.2).

Turn off a tunnel support (at presence) 1 (fig. 3.32).

Loosen the the tightening plug 2 also disconnect a forward part of a final collector with the catalyst 3.

THE NOTE Rasstykovochnyj element of an exhaust pipe do not bend more than on 10 – damage is possible.

Unscrew the screw and take the working cylinder in a direction back (fig. 3.33).

THE NOTE A pedal of coupling after dismantle of the working cylinder do not press.

Clamp the pipeline a collar.

Safety bracket And for its removal open by means of a screw-driver and extend against the stop (fig. 3.12).

Disconnect the pipeline from the working cylinder.

Installation is made in return sequence.

THE NOTE For replacement of the fixing screw, pull the working cylinder so that it was possible to insert a fixing bolt easily.

Before installation of the working cylinder in the transmission case it is necessary to put on area And

Contact surface of a pusher on the lever of deenergizing of coupling смажте a thin layer of copper greasing.

Fix the holder 3 pipelines on the working cylinder 4 (fig. 3.35).

Enter the working cylinder 1, avoiding strong deviations from a direction of work of a pusher (arrow A), in a reception aperture of case KP and establish in contact deepening (arrow B) lever of deenergizing of coupling 3 (fig. 3.36).

THE NOTE At installation of the working cylinder with a warp 1 danger of is great that the pusher (arrow A) will pass by the lever of deenergizing of coupling 3.

Fix the working cylinder the new screw 2.

Enter safety bracket And the working cylinder against the stop (fig. 3.12).

Press the pipeline In in connection on the working cylinder of coupling before click at fixing safety скобы (fig. 3.12).

For connection check pull for the pipeline.

ATTENTION Cautiously press a coupling pedal at installation of the working cylinder. If for pressing a coupling pedal unusually big effort is necessary – clean a foot from a coupling pedal. Probably, the pusher of the working cylinder has passed by the lever of deenergizing of coupling. At effort to pedals approximately 300 Нм there will be a destruction of the working cylinder.

The normal effort to pedals makes approximately 115 Н.

Establish a forward part of a final collector and fix system of release ОГ without pressure.

At presence establish a tunnel support.

Establish the heat-shielding screen of a power shaft at the left.

In case of pipeline separation on the working cylinder it is necessary to execute prorolling of system of coupling after installation of this cylinder.

The working cylinder of coupling on a box передач*: 23 Нм.

The heat-shielding screen of fastening of a drive to a transmission: 23 Нм.
