3.1.8. Removal and installation of the main cylinder

Remove rubber consolidation of a water taking away box in an arrow direction.

Uncover 1 over a water taking away box (fig. 3.13).

Disconnect a wire of weight from the storage battery at the switched off ignition.

Take both caps 3 by means of a screw-driver.

Unscrew nuts 4 and remove both leads 2 (fig. 3.14).

Remove clamps 1 and remove a lattice обтекателя 5 (fig. 3.14).

Remove a distributive box from a water taking away box.

By means of a screw-driver cautiously wring out fixing bracket

The block of management of the engine with attached штекерными sockets will put it aside.

Remove the tip 2 with штекерной pads (fig. 3.15).

Unscrew electric connection 1.

Disconnect clips and take an additional payment of the relay from a distributive box in a direction upwards (fig. 3.16).

Extend a plait of wires to the engine together with the rubber plug from a nest of a distributive box.

Turn off nuts and take a distributive box 1 (fig. 3.17).

THE NOTE At performance listed below works pay attention to that the brake liquid did not get to water taking away box or on a transmission. If it nevertheless occurs, carefully clear this place. At work in space for feet it is necessary to protect a rag a rug on a floor from a following brake liquid.

Remove перепускной a hose And to a tank with a brake liquid a clip for a hose from the main cylinder and close (fig. 3.18).

Take from a partition rubber plugs over a connecting tube for перепускного a hose.

Wring out safety bracket With by means of a screw-driver against the stop and pull for the pipeline of Century a little

Unscrew a bolt of a tank with a brake liquid 1 and pull the tip of the gauge of level of a brake liquid downwards (fig. 3.19).

THE NOTE Tank with a brake liquid do not remove.

Dismantle вакуумопровод to the amplifier of brakes 1 (fig. 3.20).

Unscrew two screws Torx.

THE NOTE For descriptive reasons the tank with a brake liquid is not shown.

For twisting of top screw Torx it is necessary to turn a little a tank with a brake liquid aside.

Remove a ware box from outside the driver

Remove сервопружину.

Disconnect a pedal of a brake from the amplifier of brakes.

Disconnect a steering column from the hydraulic booster (arrow A).

Separate electric штекерные connections on the gauge of a pedal of coupling 1, the switch of stoplights 2 and on the module of a pedal of gas 3 (fig. 3.21).

Disconnect штекерный a socket (at presence) on the gauge of a pedal of the coupling, responsible for engine start.

Unscrew the fixing screw of a basic arm (arrow B) and take pedal knot in gathering.

Disconnect draught of a drive / of the main cylinder from a pedal of coupling in the way described more low (fig. 3.22).

THE NOTE At an unblocking watch, that the coupling pedal did not hit about fastening of the gauge of a pedal of coupling. Since fastening can break. For the purpose of maintenance of enough rigid landing of the gauge of a pedal of coupling and the gauge of a pedal of coupling (Interlockschalter) in pedal knot, 1 time is authorised to establish these gauges only.

Establish pincers for tips of candle wires in deepenings of a pedal of coupling, compress fastening and disconnect a pedal of coupling from the main cylinder.

Remove safety bracket 1 and a pedal of coupling 2.

Unscrew screws 3 and remove the main cylinder 4 (fig. 3.23).

Installation is carried out in return sequence.

Establish the main cylinder 4 and tighten screws 3 with the moment 20 Нм.

Establish fastening 1 in a coupling pedal (fig. 3.24).

For fastening press a coupling pedal in an arrow direction. Thus watch correct fixing of fastening 1 in a coupling pedal.

The assistant is necessary for following works.

Establish pedal knot in gathering and strongly tighten the screw 1. Thus the assistant should establish the pipeline from a water taking away box in the main cylinder (fig. 3.25).

Fixing screws of the amplifier of brakes tighten with the moment 25 Нм.

Press lock bracket And against the stop.

Insert the pipeline In into the working cylinder before heard click of a tube (fig. 3.18).

Establish rubber plug D through a connecting tube / перепускной a hose And in a partition.

Pull перепускной a hose And over a tank of a brake liquid against the stop.

Remove шланговый a clip.

Twirl the fixing screw of 1 tank of a brake liquid and connect the tip of the gauge of level of a brake liquid (fig. 3.19).

Tighten the screw with internal шестигранником (arrow B) fastenings of pedal knot on a support of the panel of devices with the moment 25 Нм.

Connect штекерные connections 1, 2 and 3 (fig. 3.21).

Connect штекерный a socket (at presence) on the gauge of a pedal of the coupling, responsible for engine start.

Attach a brake pedal to the amplifier of brakes.

Fix a steering column on the hydraulic booster (arrow A).

Establish сервопружину.

Establish a ware box from outside the driver.

Remove air from coupling knot.

Establish a distributive box and tighten nuts with the moment 4 Нм (fig. 3.17).

Lay a plait of wires to the engine and connect tips on штекерной колодке.

Establish the block of management of the engine.

If necessary establish an additional payment of the relay and the additional block of safety locks.

Densely press a cover and tighten screws cross-wise with the moment 4 Нм.
