3.1.1. Check of functioning of the main thing and the worker of cylinders of coupling

THE NOTE
Before replacement of the main / working cylinder in a case нижеперечисленых malfunctions at first execute corresponding checks.

Noise at coupling operation
At first check up spring knot or the gauge of a pedal of coupling on presence of noise.
In the presence of noise – remove spring knot and repeat check.

Coupling pedal at installation it is necessary to lie on a floor (do not press a coupling pedal) or does not come back in a starting position
Check up, whether completely the coupling pedal comes back in rest position, and, accordingly, whether the ventilating aperture in the main cylinder is released.
Only if the ventilating aperture is not hammered – there is an independent constant removal of air from a hydraulic drive of coupling.
The jammed covering of space for feet / the rugs blocking gauges of a pedal of coupling, and also the malfunctions connected with long constant pressing a pedal of coupling, can wag considerably on ability of independent prorolling of coupling.
Check up all hydraulics on presence of internal leaks.
Check up level of a brake liquid in a tank.
Visually check up working and main cylinders, tubes and hoses with places of connections on presence of external leaks.
At detection of leaks a corresponding detail replace.
Remove air from coupling knot.

The big effort to pedals
Deterioration of a disk of coupling (except coupling SAC).
Mechanical defect of a press disk/disk of coupling.

Efforts to pedals
Standard coupling: (a new overlay of coupling) – approximately 115 Н.
Coupling overlay on deterioration border – approximately 160 Н
Coupling SAC: apprx. 140 Н on all operating time of coupling.
Coupling is not disconnected or disconnected short
Air in hydraulic system. In this case prorolling of coupling / hydraulics check on presence external and внутренниз leaks is necessary.

Heavy course of a disk of coupling at gearing with primary shaft
Malfunction of the needle bearing in a flywheel (the aligning bearing of a primary shaft). Replace the needle bearing.

Foreign matter in coupling
Mechanical defect of a press disk / of a disk of coupling.
Probably at repair wrong components or some components are established not established (for example an intermediate guard).
