3.1.2. Removal of air from coupling knot

After works on a hydraulic drive of coupling it is necessary to spend prorolling.

Before prorolling extend a pedal of coupling and fill a tank with a brake liquid to a mark „max.

Hit of a brake liquid on a transmission is not supposed. If necessary clear the transmission case.

Before inclusion of the device for prorolling – open the union for prorolling.

The device for filling and prorolling of brake system connect to a tank with a brake liquid, but do not include.

Loosen the fastenings (at presence) 1 and 2 also remove a noise isolation In behind (fig. 3.1).

Dismantle the heat-shielding screen of a power shaft at the left (fig. 3.2).

Attach an air hose And to the working cylinder and open the air valve (fig. 3.3).

Connect an air hose to a pressure head hose of the modular tank.

Now include the device for prorolling and merge about 100 sm³ of a brake liquid.

Working superfluous pressure: 2,5 bar.

THE NOTE At prorolling watch position of an air hose.

Close the air valve (4,5 Нм).

After prorolling some times press through a coupling pedal.

If necessary repeat prorolling.

Remove an air hose and put a protective cap.

Disconnect the device for filling and prorolling of brake system from a tank with a brake liquid.

To establish the heat-shielding screen of a power shaft at the left.

Establish a back thermal protection (at presence).

The heat-shielding screen of fastening of a drive to a transmission: 23 Нм.
