Preliminary having lifted the panel 1 in a direction of arrow A, remove it in a direction of arrow B fig. 3.55).

Turn away bolts (arrow C) and remove an ashtray 2 from the central console ( fig. 3.55). Disconnect штекерный a socket of illumination of an ashtray.

Preset value: distance А=85 mm

At discrepancy of result of measurement to a preset value And, loosen the a bolt of a cable of a choice of transfers ( fig. 3.66).

The bearing of the lever of a gear change should move freely in the hinge.
Having moved the lever bearing, modify distance And ( fig. 3.66). Tighten a bolt of a cable of a choice of transfers by the moment 23 Нм.

Loosen the a bolt of a cable of inclusion of transfers ( fig. 3.67).
Connection of a cable of inclusion of transfers / a gear change drive should move freely.
Level the gear change lever.
Establish the bottom part of the lever of a gear change in the centre of the bearing of the lever.

The distance between the bearing and the bottom part of the lever of a gear change should be identical in all places ( fig. 3.68).

Level the gear change lever so that it has been turned in a direction of movement with an insignificant deviation to the right (2 ) ( fig. 3.69). Keep the lever in the given position.
Tighten a bolt of a cable of inclusion of transfers by the moment 23 Нм.

THE NOTE
It is impossible to change position of the lever of a gear change at a bolt tightening.

Check of adjustment of the lever of a gear change
Start the engine.
Press a coupling pedal.
Some times switch all transfers.
Press блокиратор a backing (press downwards on the gear change lever) and move the lever against the stop to the left to the reverse gear channel.
Include a reverse gear, having moved the lever forward.

THE NOTE
It is impossible to reject thus the lever to the left or to the right.
Be convinced of that backing transfer, instead of the first transfer is included.
At inclusion of the first transfer instead of back the lever will be strongly rejected to the left.

Take out a reverse gear.
Having moved the lever to the left, include 2nd transfer.
If at inclusion of 2nd transfer the lever gets jammed, it means that it is strongly rejected to the right.

THE NOTE
Reverse gear installation is possible only by pressing блокиратора a backing.
|
The lever should move spontaneously from the reverse gear channel back to the channel 3/4th transfers.
If at repeated inclusion of transfer the lever continues to get jammed, it is necessary to adjust a gear change in addition.
Establish panels and a knob with a cover.
