Preliminary having lifted the panel 1 in a direction of arrow A, remove it in a direction of arrow B.

Turn away bolts (arrow C) and remove an ashtray 2 from the central console.
Disconnect штекерный a socket of illumination of an ashtray.

Disconnect system of release ОГ from tightening collars or a collar ( fig. 3.58).
If necessary disconnect a back part of system of release ОГ from fixing loops and remove it.

Remove the heat-shielding screen of 1 system of release ОГ, being under a gear change drive ( fig. 3.60).
Turn away bolts of flange KpP/kardannyj a shaft.
Combine propeller a shaft 2 with back main transfer. SHRUS move on an axis.
Tie up propeller a shaft to the heat-shielding screen ( fig. 3.61).
Establish an emphasis of the lift of the power unit with the enclosed wooden prorate under the back cross-section lever ( fig. 3.62).
Rest the back cross-section lever the lift of the power unit.
At first turn away bolts 1 and 2, and then 3 and 4.

Slowly lower the back cross-section lever by means of the lift of the power unit until the distance between the cross-section lever and a body will not make x ( fig. 3.63).
Distance x=60 mm.
In the presence of the heat-shielding screen of the left power shaft turn away the screen.

Turn away a nut 1 and remove the lever of switching of a check point 2 from a shaft of switching of a check point ( fig. 3.64).
Turn away a connecting cable 2 from a cable of inclusion of transfers.

Having turned away a bolt with internal шестигранником, remove a cable of a choice of transfers 1 ( fig. 3.65).
Remove a gear change drive in the right party.
Installation
Installation is carried out in return sequence.
THE NOTE
Necessarily replace linings and self-locking nuts.

Establish the cross-section lever of a suspension bracket.
Establish elements of system of release ОГ and to level without a tension.
Establish back шумоизоляционный the screen (at presence).
Adjust a gear change drive.
Establish the block of management of a central air.

Connecting cable to a check point: 23 Нм.
The lever of switching of a check point to a gear change shaft: 23 Нм.
Cable of a choice of transfers to a check point: 40 Нм.
The heat-shielding screen of a power shaft to a check point: 23 Нм.
The heat-shielding screen карданного a shaft to a check point cover: 25 Нм.
Gear change drive to a body: 10 Нм.
The shumoizoljatsionnyj screen to a gear change drive: 10 Нм.
