8.2.7. Removal and installation of a framework of glass and стеклоподъемника a back doorRemoval
Remove a door upholstery.
Remove the electric motor стеклоподъемника manual стеклоподъемник.
Disconnect штекерные sockets.

Turn away bolts 3, 4, 6 and 10 and to take a framework of glass with стеклоподъемником from a door upwards ( fig. 8.66).
Installation
Insert a framework and стеклоподъемник into a door from above.
Insert the top half of profile of consolidation on a door into a glass framework.
Slightly wrap fixing screws 4 ahead and behind.
In summary slightly wrap bolts in sequence 3, 10, 8 ( fig. 8.66). Screw by hand adjusting bolts with a fillet 4 ( fig. 8.66). Slightly press the top part of a framework of glass 1 in a direction inside.
Tighten bolts 3 and 10 moment 32 Нм ( fig. 8.66). Tighten adjusting bolts with a fillet 4 moment 32 Нм.
Tighten a bolt 8 moment 10 Нм.
Tighten fixing screw (arrow) in a framework has flown down the moment 32 Нм.
Insert the bottom half of sealant of a door into an internal wall of a door.
Fix a holder стеклоподъемника a bolt 7 on an internal wall of a door.
Press carving pins of a drum стеклоподъемника until they will not be fixed in an internal wall of a door.

For removal turn away bolts 2 and remove the electric motor стеклоподъемника ( fig. 8.58). Electric motor installation стеклоподъемника is carried out in return sequence.
Removal and installation manual стеклоподъемника
Turn away bolts 2 and remove manual стеклоподъемник from the interior of a door wall ( fig. 8.67). Installation manual стеклоподъемника is carried out in return sequence.
