8.2.1. Removal and installation of a framework of glass and стеклоподъемника a forward doorRemoval
Remove a door upholstery.
Disconnect electric штекерные connections.
Remove the electric motor стеклоподъемника.
Turn away bolts 7.

Turn away bolts 6 and 9 and take out a framework of glass with стеклоподъемником from a door upwards ( fig. 8.57).
Installation
Before installation lower glass in a framework half.
Insert a framework and стеклоподъемник into a door from above.
Insert the top half of profile of consolidation on a door into a glass framework.
Wrap fixing screws in sequence 6; 9; 3; 8 and 10 but not to tighten ( fig. 8.57). By hand tighten bolts with a fillet 6 and 9.
Slightly press the top part of a framework of glass 1 in a direction inside.
Tighten bolts 4 and 8 moment 32 Нм.
Tighten bolts with a fillet 6 and 9 moment 32 Нм.
Tighten a bolt 10 moment 10 Нм.
Tighten fixing bolt (arrow) in a framework has flown down the moment 32 Нм.
