8.2.3. Adjustment of a forward door

THE NOTE For exact adjustment of a door on height, an inclination and displacement use the special tool (fig. 8.59).

THE NOTE The back door should be adjusted.

The width of a joint can be checked up the special tool 3371.

The size A = 3,5 mm 0,5 mm.

The size B = 4,5 mm 0,5 mm.

Adjustment in a longitudinal direction is carried out by easing of bolts And on a rack And the top and-or bottom hinge of a door and moving of a door 2 (thanks to the increased apertures in the hinge and a rack) (fig. 8.60).

Adjustment concerning the car centre is carried out by easing of bolts of the hinge In above and-or below and door movings (grooves in the hinge) (fig. 8.61).

THE NOTE On the top and bottom hinges of a door it is established on an adjusting bolt with a fillet. Therefore, as a rule, at performance of repair adjustment is not required. If nevertheless adjustment is necessary, with a fillet it is possible to replace adjusting bolts with bolts of the same size, lengths and the durabilities offered in the catalogue of spare parts.

THE NOTE In a back part of a door adjustment is carried out with the help скобы the lock (in a direction to the car centre).

Loosen the bolts 2.

Shift bracket the lock 1 so that the door was established заподлицо with a body contour (fig. 8.62).

THE NOTE Adjustment is authorised only in a direction to the car centre, instead of on height. Arrow labels In or arrows D use for adjustment on height. At correct adjustment bracket the lock should enter into the door lock on the centre.

Tighten screws the moment 25 Нм.
