6.1.6. Check at high and at low pressureBefore the work beginning check up tightness of brake system (the main brake cylinder, brake hoses, pipelines of brake system and brake supports).

Unscrew прокачной the union on one of forward brake supports. Connect a manometre of a tester of brake systems and pump over ( fig. 6.10). Start the engine.
Establish the device for pressing of a pedal of a brake between a pedal of a brake and a seat of the driver. Create pressure upon brake pedals that the manometre has shown superfluous pressure 50 bar.
Switch off the engine.
During control time 45 about pressure drop should be no more than 4 bar.
If pressure drop is more 4 bar, check up brake system on tightness and restore it.

THE NOTE
Check at low pressure is authorised to be spent only in the event that check at a high pressure has passed successfully.

Check at low pressure
Establish the device for pressing of a pedal of a brake so that the manometre showed 6 bar of superfluous pressure.
Within 3 minutes of control time pressure drop should be no more than 1 bar.
At большем pressure drop it is necessary to replace the hydraulic block.
