6.1.11. Process of removal of air for cars with electronic system of maintenance of course stability (ESP)

THE NOTE
For prorolling of the hydraulic block it is necessary to create pressure not less than 2 bar. Therefore necessarily check up pressure adjustment in the unit for prorolling.
Insert the device for pressing of a pedal of a brake only in the course of installation works on brake system then remove air.

The equipment complete set, the device for pumping out, the device for filling and prorolling of brake system
Pump over brake system by means of the complete set of the equipment, the unit for prorolling of brake system or the unit for prorolling of brake system
Observe operation manual instructions.
Connect the unit for prorolling of brake system.
Open unions for air removal in the ordered sequence and remove air from a brake support (if necessary support pedal pressing).
Sequence of prorolling
1 – a forward left brake support.
2 – a forward right brake support.
3 – a back left support.
4 – a back right support.
Delete air to an exit of the brake liquid which are not containing vials of air and foam.
Close the union of removal of air.
