Establish the device for hydraulic booster check, as is shown in drawing 5.6.

Wind a hose of the device for hydraulic booster check on a pressure head hose.

Clips for hoses till the diameter of 25 mm remove.

Watch that the lever on a manometre was in position 2 (fig. 5.7).

Start the engine, without pressing a gas pedal.

10 times turn a steering wheel from an emphasis against the stop.

Stop the engine and if necessary add in a tank oil for hydraulic systems.

THE NOTE In order to avoid damage of the pump of the hydraulic booster pay attention to the following: запорный the manometre valve at this check cannot be closed more, than on 10 with.

Start the engine, without pressing gas, and leave it to idle.

Pressure of the pump read out on single turns directly after engine start (if necessary to involve the second technician).

The set pressure: 123–130 bar

Check up level of a working liquid in hydraulic system.

Establish a noise isolation.
