Nozzle of an external SHRUS
Clamp a power shaft in a vice with soft inserts.
Remove the big collar and turn out back a protective cover of the hinge.

Hammer through copper or brass выколотку beat on an internal ring of the SHRUS ( fig. 3.120).
Ventilation duster the hinge
At installation of a protective cover of the hinge in it the lowered pressure can be formed.
At movement it causes fold formation.

For prevention of it, follows before collar putting on выравнять pressure, having raised a protective cover of the hinge ( fig. 3.121).

Pincers V.A.G 1682 establish, as is shown in drawing 3.123. Thus it is necessary to watch that blooming edges of pincers adjoined to the basis of ledge B of a collar.
Press out a collar, having turned the running screw torque a key (without turning pincers).
The inhaling moment: 20 Нм.
Use dynamometer a key with a range of regulation 5–50 Нм (for example dynamometer a key).
Watch that the running screw of pincers moved without jammings. If necessary put a small amount of greasing MOS 2.
At the complicated rotation, for example, owing to carving pollution, at the specified moment of an inhaling the necessary effort of compression of a collar is not reached.
