2.7.1. Separation of the additional and basic muffler

For separate replacement of the additional or basic muffler by a connecting pipe the cut place is provided.

The cut place is designated on an exhaust pipe выштампованной by a flute on pipe perimetre.

Cut exhaust pipes in a cut place perpendicularly by means of chain трубореза (fig. 2.292).

At installation arrange tightening collars to 1 and 2 coaxially cut (fig. 2.293).

Establish tightening collars so that the ends of bolts did not leave for a collar bottom edge (fig. 2.294).

Carving connections are directed outside.

Level reception pipes freely.

In regular intervals tighten carving connections of tightening collars by the moment 23 Нм.
