2.5.1. Removal and installation of the thermostat of system of the cooling operated on algorithmRemoval
Disconnect a mass cable from АКБ at the switched off ignition ( fig. 2.43).
Open a cover of a broad tank of system of cooling.

In cars with an additional heater unscrew bolts of an exhaust pipe of an independent additional heater from шумоизоляционного the screen ( fig. 2.44).

Loosen the quick disconnect муфты 1 and 2 also remove a forward noise isolation ( fig. 2.45).
Merge cooling liquid.

Disconnect an electric socket of 1 gauge of pressure of oil ( fig. 2.208). In addition disconnect a water hose from below on a water pipe 2 and merge remained ОЖ.
Take an absorber with the connected hoses upwards in a direction from an arm from put aside ( fig. 2.209).

Before removal semi wedge a belt mark a direction of a course with a chalk or a felt-tip pen. Change of a direction of a course before a maintained belt can lead to its damage

For easing semi wedge a belt turn tension damper ( fig. 2.64). Fix a tension element with the help a clamp.

Remove tension damper semi wedge a belt with a pendant pad of the engine ( fig. 2.100). Remove the generator.
Disconnect an electric socket of 1 wire electromagnetic муфты the conditioner compressor.

Turn off the compressor of the conditioner from an arm ( fig. 2.67).
Disconnect a water hose 2, having taken out фиксаторную bracket 1 ( fig. 2.210).

Turn off fastening of an arm of additional units – bolts 1–6 ( fig. 2.101). Disconnect an electric socket 1.
Remove the thermostat of system of the cooling operated on algorithm ( fig. 2.211).
Installation
Installation is carried out in return sequence.

THE NOTE
Replace a sealing ring of round section.
|
Clear or process a sealing surface under a sealing ring of round section.
Moisten a new sealing ring of round section with cooling liquid G12 +.
Establish an arm of hinged units.
Fill in cooling liquid.
Establish the generator.
Establish the conditioner compressor.
Establish полиwedge a belt.
Connect the storage battery.
The inhaling moments
The thermostat to the block of cylinders: 15 Нм.
Arm of additional units to the block of cylinders: 45* Нм.
Натяжитель semi wedge a belt to an arm of additional units: 23 Нм.
