Removal
Disconnect a weight wire in the accumulator at the switched off ignition.
Pump out hydraulic oil from capacity of hydrosystem of a steering by means of the adaptation for откачки oils.

ATTENTION
At opening of a broad tank with a cooling liquid there can be hot steam or a hot cooling liquid; cover a cover with rags and open cautiously.

Open a cover of a broad tank of a cooling liquid.
Remove the right forward wheel.
In cars with an independent heater unscrew screws of an exhaust pipe of an independent heater and an additional heater on шумоизоляционном the screen.

Release screws or quick disconnect clamps 1 and 2 and remove forward шумоизоляционный the screen (fig. 7.18).

ATTENTION
It is forbidden to open a contour of a coolant of a central air.

THE NOTE
To avoid condenser damages, and also highways and coolant hoses, it is necessary to watch that highways and hoses have been laid without a tightness, excesses and breaks.

Disconnect a socket of 1 gauge of a high pressure (fig. 7.51).
Unscrew screws (arrows).
Remove the condenser and incline downwards together with the connected lines and the established block of management of the fan of a cooling liquid.
Unscrew bolts (arrows) at the left and on the right on a radiator framework.

Remove a sealant of a cowl of the engine on a framework of a radiator and along the edges of a wing (fig. 7.52).

Unscrew screws on (arrow) bumpers at the left and on the right (fig. 7.53).

THE NOTE
The assistant is necessary for removal of a framework of a radiator.

Remove a framework of a radiator and to set aside aside, having protected from overturning.
Remove шланговый a collar 2 and disconnect a hose of a cooling liquid from a branch pipe on the right.

Turn off шланговые collars 1 and disconnect a hose of a cooling liquid (fig. 7.54).

THE NOTE
For the best representation operation is shown at the dismantled engine.

THE NOTE
Before removal semi wedge a belt note a direction of its movement by a chalk or a felt-tip pen. Movement of the belt which in the opposite direction already was in the use can lead to its rupture.

Unscrew the tension screw (fig. 7.55).
Remove полиwedge a belt from a generator pulley.

Remove the generator from an arm and to pull forward (fig. 7.57).

THE NOTE
If the generator gets jammed in an arm, again screw the fixing screw to 2 turns.

Cautiously knock with the flat party of a hammer on heads of screws – thanks to it plugs of fastening of the generator will be released.
Disconnect a hose of a cooling liquid 3 from the generator.

Disconnect a socket 1 (fig. 7.58).
Turn off an electric wire 2 from the generator.
Remove the generator.

Installation
Establish in return sequence.

THE NOTE
For fastening of all connections of hoses to use collars of a corresponding series.
For simplification of installation of the generator of the plug of lock screws отодвиньтенемного back.

THE NOTE
It should facilitate a course of plugs of fastening of the generator as otherwise the effort of a clip of the plug, despite a corresponding twisting moment, is not enough.

Pay attention to correctness of landing and a course semi wedge of a belt (fig. 7.59).

Dinamometrichesky key impose on шестигранник a tension roller and preliminary to pull with the moment 70 Нм (fig. 7.60).
Simultaneously tighten the tension screw the moment 22 Нм.
Establish a framework of a radiator with hinged details.
Establish a forward overlay of a bumper.
Before the first start of the engine fill in hydraulic oil in capacity of hydrosystem of a steering, лопастной the pump should not work dry.
Connect the accumulator.
Start the engine and check up a belt course.
Fill in cooling liquid.

The inhaling moments
Branch pipes of a cooling liquid to the generator: 9 Нм.
The plug 30/B + to the generator: 16 Нм.
The generator to the engine: 22 Нм.
Tension roller to the engine: 22 Нм.
