Disconnect a weight wire in the accumulator at the switched off ignition.

Uncover a motor compartment.

Uncover 1 on the right in a motor compartment (fig. 7.27).

Unscrew screws (arrows).

Remove the electromagnetic valve of 1 absorber 1 from an air line (fig. 7.28).

Remove an air line 2 (fig. 7.28).

Disconnect a hose of a connecting pipe for secondary air (fig. 7.29).

THE NOTE Before removal semi wedge a belt note a direction of its movement by a chalk or a felt-tip pen. Movement of the belt which in the opposite direction already was in the use can lead to its rupture.

For tension easing semi wedge a belt turn the tension device on an arrow wrench SW 17 (fig. 7.30).

Stop the tension device, having inserted a clamp into the apertures (arrow) intended for fixing.

Remove полиwedge a belt.

In cars with an independent heater unscrew screws of an exhaust pipe of an independent heater and an additional heater on шумоизоляционном the screen.

Release screws or quick disconnect clamps 1 and 2 and remove forward шумоизоляционный the screen (fig. 7.18).

Open a plastic collar (arrows), open the holder of a cable of a starter, pull out an electric cable (fig. 7.31).

Turn off the holder.

Remove the holder of pipeline ATF for what turn off nuts 1 and 2 (fig. 7.32).

Pull out a highway of a coolant from clip-on earrings of the holder on the oil pallet.

Remove electric lines of the generator.

Unscrew bolts (arrows) and remove the generator (fig. 7.33).

Establish in return sequence.

Pay attention to correctness of landing and a course semi wedge of a belt (fig. 7.34).

Connect the accumulator.

Start the engine and check up a belt course.

The generator to the engine:

– M8: 22 Нм;

– M10: 45 Нм.

The plug 30/B + to the generator: 16 Нм.

The holder of a highway of a coolant to an oil bath: 10 Нм.

The holder of a cable of a starter to the engine console: 10 Нм.
