The main brake cylinders – not folding, i.e. their repair is not provided
Use only a new brake liquid. Observe the instructions resulted on packing with a brake liquid.

Adjustment of a spherical head
Adjust a spherical head:
a – 159 mm 0,5 mm.

THE NOTE
The relative plane 1 is intended for the nominal size (fig. 6.12).
|
At measurement the spherical head should be exposed perpendicularly to a plane of the amplifier of a brake drive.
Measure distance without a lining till the end of a spherical head.
The moment of an inhaling of a spherical head on the amplifier of a brake drive 30 Нм.
Removal and installation of the main brake cylinder from the amplifier of a brake drive
For removal of the brake cylinder the repair complete set заглушек 1H0 698 311 A ( fig. 6.13) is required .
Removal
Remove a ware compartment from outside the driver.

The switch of a stoplight 1 turn to the left on 45 and take ( fig. 6.14).

Disconnect a pedal of a brake from the amplifier of a brake drive by means of a stripper ( fig. 6.15). Pump out a brake liquid by means of the complete set of the equipment, the unit for prorolling of brake system or the unit for prorolling of brake system.
Uncover a water taking away box.
Lay in the field of a water taking away box enough of not leaving fibres of rags.
Open a tank with a brake liquid.

Disconnect a gauge socket поплавкового the indicator 1.

Unscrew a fixing bolt of 1 capacity of a brake liquid ( fig. 6.17).

THE NOTE
Take measures on protection of a water taking away box against a following brake liquid.
|
The capacity of a brake liquid fastens on latches to the bottom party on the main brake cylinder.
For removal wring out downwards clamps on capacity and simultaneously take capacity of a brake liquid from заглушки.
Remove and put aside a tank for a brake liquid.
Turn off pipelines of brake system 1 and 2 and close заглушками from ремкомплекта ET. – № 1H0 698 311 A ( fig. 6.18). Lay in area of the block of management of hydrosystem enough of not leaving fibres of rags.

Turn off pipelines of brake system 1 and 2 and take together with a rubber nozzle ( fig. 6.19).

Unscrew fixing bolts of the amplifier of a brake drive 1 (Torx T45) ( fig. 6.20). Remove the amplifier of a brake drive with the main brake cylinder.
On the cars having a cross-beam, it needs to be removed.

Turn off fixing nuts of the main brake cylinder 1 ( fig. 6.21). Cautiously remove the main brake cylinder from the amplifier of a brake drive.
Installation
At installation especially it is necessary to observe the following.
Before installation of the amplifier of a brake drive clear water taking away box of the remained flowed out brake liquid.
At assemblage of the main brake cylinder with the amplifier of a brake drive watch correctness of landing of a press bar on the main brake cylinder.
Adjust the stoplight switch.
Remove air from brake system.
