THE NOTE
If at engine repair in engine oil the metal shaving and a dust in considerable quantities is found out – which source is the raised deterioration, for example, because of damage шатунных or radical bearings, – that to avoid the subsequent damages, is necessary, besides clearing of lubricant channels, to replace an oil radiator.

THE NOTE
The engine on manufacturer is filled with engine oil of standard VW 503 00. The given engine oil is calculated on long intervals of maintenance service (WIV). It is possible to use the engine oils listed more low also.
|
Under standard VW 500 00, 501 00 or 502 00 it is possible to use engine oils and further. Oil is necessary заменяйть every 12 months or each 15.000 km, and it is necessary to program the indicator of periodicity of service in appropriate way.
Removal
THE NOTE
At installation again establish on former places all fixing elements of the cables which removed or have been cut off during dismantling.

Separate a rubber sealant from the edges of a wing connected by bolts.

Not to damage wing edge траверсой, lay linings on both parties between the edge of a wing connected by bolts and vertical sheet lying under it ( fig. 2.184).
Establish to a traverse with adapters 10222/3 on wing edge
Pick up running screws to engine eyes, as is shown in drawing 2.185.
Slightly tighten the engine by means of running screws.
Remove полиwedge a belt.

In cars with an additional heater unscrew bolts of an exhaust pipe of an independent additional heater from шумоизоляционного the screen ( fig. 2.44).

Loosen the quick disconnect муфты 1 and 2 also remove a forward noise isolation ( fig. 2.45).
Where are available, loosen the quick disconnect муфты 3 and remove back шумоизоляционный the screen.
Establish the adaptation for откачки oils under the engine and merge engine oil.

Turn off bolts and remove an emphasis against проворачивания from the oil pallet ( fig. 2.186).
Turn off return маслопровод 1 from turbocharger on the oil pallet.

ATTENTION
It is forbidden to open a contour of a central air of climatic installation.

Turn off the compressor of the conditioner from an arm.
THE NOTE
To avoid condenser damages, and also pipelines and hoses of a contour of a central air, it is necessary to watch that lines and hoses have been laid without a tightness, excesses and breaks.

Suspend the compressor of the conditioner with the connected lines from below on the car.

Disconnect an electric socket from the forward left gauge of a road clearance ( fig. 2.187).

Turn off fastening of support of the stabilizer 1 and 2 ( fig. 2.188).
Prop up a stretcher the service crane.
Cut cable couplers, open the holder of a wire of a starter, take a wire ( fig. 2.189).
Turn off a nut 3 from below on an engine support.
Turn off bolts 4 and 5 on the console of a support of the engine.
Turn off a bolt 1 in front on a stretcher and remove the console of support of the engine 2 ( fig. 2.190).
Repeat the given operations on a car opposite side.
Slowly lower a stretcher by means of the crane.
Pull the engine by means of running screws of the adaptation for posting a little upwards, thus watch freedom of a course of draughts and control levers the mechanism of a gear change and system of release ОГ.

Unscrew bolts a box of transfers / the oil pallet ( fig. 2.191).
Unscrew bolts M10.
Loosen the cross-wise bolts 1–18.
Remove the oil pallet, if necessary dismantle, easily tapping with a rubber hammer ( fig. 2.192).
Installation
Establish in return sequence, thus it is necessary consider the following.
THE NOTE
Sealing cuff replace.
For fastening of all connections of hoses use collars of a corresponding series.
At return Ustanovkae establish all cable couplers where they have been established initially.

Remove the hermetic rests on the oil pallet and the block of cylinders, for example, by means of a rotating plastic brush.
Clear landing surfaces; on them there should not be an oil and greasings.
Cut off a tube nouse on a forward mark (diameter of an aperture about 2 mm).

Put hermetic on a pure landing surface of the oil pallet, as is shown in drawing 2.193.
Thickness of a plait of hermetic: 2–3 mm.
THE NOTE
The hermetic plait should be not thicker 3 mm, otherwise superfluous hermetic can get to the oil pallet and litter the mesh filter in маслозаборном a branch pipe.

In the field of a back sealing flange it is necessary to put hermetic especially cautiously.
The oil pallet should be established during 5 минпосле hermetic drawings.
At once put the oil pallet and twirl fastening bolts in the resulted sequence ( fig. 2.192):
1. Bolts 1–18 tighten for the preliminary moment of an inhaling 5 Нм, alternating a cross on a cross.
2. Tighten bolts of the oil pallet/transmission with the moment 45 Нм.
3. Tighten bolts M10 the moment 40 Нм.
4. Tighten bolts 1–18 cross on a cross with the moment 15 Нм.
THE NOTE
At installation of the oil pallet 3 to the removed engine pay attention that the oil pallet should stand заподлицо to an intermediate guard 1, i.e. the pallet should support the block of cylinders 2 for the size А=0,8 mm (fig. 2.194).

After installation of the oil pallet allow to dry up to hermetic about 30 minutes Only after that it is possible to fill in engine oil.
Establish a stretcher.
Establish the stabilizer.
Establish the conditioner compressor.
Establish поликлиновый a belt.
Fill in engine oil and check up its level.
The further installation and assemblage is carried out in return to sequence removal.
