4.4.1. Removal and installation of a twisted spring

Remove a wheel.

Establish a coupler of a spring with the adapter and the holder of spring А4, a back suspension bracket in a screw spring; if necessary separately enter the holder of a spring into coils and then to screw together with a spring coupler (fig. 4.105). Thus do not damage the trapezoid lever.

It is necessary to compress 4 coils.

If it is impossible, compress only 3 coils and then turn a screw spring so that the fourth coil was compressed.

ATTENTION Provide appropriate landing of a twisted spring in holder А4, a back suspension bracket (danger of accident).

Compress a spring coupler against the stop and take a spring.

Arrow In: factory marks should be below.

THE NOTE At installation of a new spring watch, that the conic end looked downwards.

From below linings 1 there is a cylindrical ledge.

It is necessary for inserting into an aperture of the trapezoid lever 2 (fig. 4.106).

The end of a screw spring turn so that it was at an emphasis of a support of a spring (arrow A).

Then on the top part of a spring establish the top lining (on fig. it is not shown).

Move apart captures of the adaptation for compression of springs. Thus correctly establish the top support of a spring in a body aperture.

Establish and tighten a wheel
