4.2.8. Pressure check in system DRC II

THE NOTE
At the first commissioning of the measuring device always it is necessary to delete air.
If the measuring device shows residual pressure above 0,5 bar (for example, at the previous measurement) it is not necessary to delete air.

Fig. 4.42. Manometre installation

To remove air from a manometre b and a line piece a, it is necessary to establish the special tool, as is shown in drawing 4.42.

THE NOTE
In drawing process of removal of air by откачки hydraulic oil by means of the manual vacuum pump is shown
Air removal spend until in a hose With there will be no air vials.

Disconnect a hose With and D and check up pressure in system.
Pressure in system is checked on the forward shock-absorber of corresponding line DRC.

THE NOTE
For connection and switching-off of the measuring device the checked line should be blocked on the central valve as much as possible to lower leak of oil and not to empty the central valve which is under pressure.

Remove a wheel.

Fig. 4.43. Cover removal

Remove a plastic cover 1 (fig. 4.43).

Fig. 4.44. Installation запорного the screw

Loosen the a counternut of 1 checked line, strongly twist запорный the screw 2 against the stop and again Tighten the a nut 1 (fig. 4.44).

Fig. 4.45. Joining of the measuring device

Turn off a dustproof cap and attach the measuring device (fig. 4.45).
Loosen the a counternut of 1 checked line, strongly twirl запорный the screw 2 against the stop and again Tighten the a nut 1 (fig. 4.44).
Look the pressure indication in system on the measuring device (fig. 4.45).

THE NOTE
The pressure increase at the measuring device occurs slowly and Pressure in system DRC lasts about 2 minutes is read out only when the arrow will definitively calm down.

Loosen the a counternut of 1 checked line, strongly twist запорный the screw 2 against the stop and again Tighten the a nut 1 (fig. 4.44).
Disconnect the measuring device and wind a dustproof cap (fig. 4.45).
Loosen the a counternut of 1 checked line, strongly twirl запорный the screw 2 against the stop and again Tighten the a nut 1 (fig. 4.44).

THE NOTE
Small leak of oil from the connections, occurring at joining / a detachment of the measuring device, is not critical. It is necessary to avoid repeated measurements since at each connection system leaves a few oils. At the subsequent connection it leads to pressure decrease approximately on 0,3 bar in comparison with the previous measurement. Thus the considerable quantity of measurements reduces pressure in system to minimum and more low up to a system exit out of operation.

If pressure in norm, define a malfunction and repair system.
Establish a plastic cover 1 (fig. 4.43).

Values of pressure in system DRC
Values of pressure at relative temperature 20C:
– 16 bar = maximum двление;
– 15 bar – 16 bar = the new or not used central valve;
– 12 bar – 15 bar = a normal working range, system in norm;
– 12 bar = негерметичность or insufficient filling of system, air inclusion in system, malfunction of the central valve.
