1.4.3. A memory of position of a seat of the driver (the car with the electric drive of seats, a memory)

Located at doors of the driver memory keys it is possible to program and reproduce four various variants of position of a seat and external mirrors.

Keys of a memory 1, 2, 3 and 4 it is possible to program and reproduce a maximum four various variants of position of a seat and external mirrors (fig. 1.122).

The memory of position of a seat is disconnected by key pressing STOP. Thus burns being near to a key STOP an inscription OFF (it is visible only at included light).

All entered positions remain in memory. Position of a seat and external mirrors thus can be regulated only in the usual way (by means of the electric drive). The Memory is recommended to be disconnected key pressing STOP at incidental using the car the driver and consequently absence of need of programming of position of a seat for it.

THE NOTE The programmed positions can be reproduced also by means of remote radio management.

At programming and reproduction of all functions should be pressed the key STOP (is drowned).

Adjust position of a seat of the driver.

Adjust position of both external зерка.

Press and keep a key МЕМО. In addition press a minimum 1 about one of memory keys.

Release keys. The given position is entered now into memory and corresponds to number of the key chosen at input.

At each new programming on the same key there is a dump of the previous data. At programming it is recommended to begin with a key 1, leaving for other drivers on one of other keys.

At lock-out of the car by a radio key (remote radio management) last position of a seat and mirrors is entered into memory. The given position of a seat and mirrors automatically is reproduced remote radio management at the subsequent unlocking of the car. Position of external mirrors is reproduced right after unlockings, and position of a seat of the driver after opening of a door of the driver. Thus however there is no dump of the data of a memory undertaken before distribution on keys 1–4. At any moment reproduction of the entered positions by corresponding keys is possible.

The programmed positions can be reproduced both memory keys, and remote radio management (radio key).

At an open door of the driver unitary press a corresponding key of a memory.

At the closed door of the driver press and keep a corresponding key of a memory while the seat and external mirrors will not occupy the programmed position.

Unlock the car remote radio management and during the subsequent 10 mines open a door of the driver.

If after car unlocking by remote radio management the door of the driver remains closed during 10 mines seat position should be reproduced memory keys.

ATTENTION In emergency it is possible to interrupt reproduction process with key pressing STOP or pressing of any key of a memory.

For reproduction of the entered positions by a radio key it is necessary to program a radio key on a memory key.

Corresponding key of a memory to which there should correspond the given key to reproduce the programmed positions.

Press and keep the given key and during 10 with in addition press the button of unlocking of a radio key.

After approximately 2 with release a key.

Press and keep a key МЕМО and during 10 with in addition press the button of unlocking of a radio key.

After approximately 2 with release a key МЕМО.

At reprogramming there is an automatic dump of the previous data.

It is recommended to program, that the key 1 corresponded to one, and a key 2 – to other factory radio key. Through contractual partner Audi if necessary it is possible to get two more others of a radio key and to program on keys 3 and 4.
